Experience the Resurrection Power

Experience the Resurrection Power

by Del Hungerford

What is the resurrection power all about? Do we truly understand what Jesus did for us on the cross and why he did it? How does it affect us? What does being “in Him” mean? As we engage the resurrection scene, we can experience the power behind this monumental event.

In the spring of 2017, I attended a retreat where we were invited to engage with the resurrection scene during worship. I sat in a corner in the back of the room, allowing my spiritual eyes to “see” the resurrection while the worship team played some quiet music in the background. You know me, I love music as a trigger into engagement. So, this worked rather well for me.

In my quiet corner, I felt drawn into the scene and lost track of everything else going on around me. The soft music floated throughout the room and settled on the crowd. I pictured the cross with Jesus on it...

As I stepped into the scene with the eyes of my heart, I found myself standing next to Mary. Together, we watched as Jesus carried the cross. I could feel her pain and helplessness. I’m sure Jesus tried to tell her at some point but how do you explain something that people have no grid for? She was about to witness the horrific death of her son!

The fear was evident through her tears of confusion and sorrow. All I could do was wrap my arms around her and cry with her. My focus during this time was on Mary, not on the scene unfolding in front of us. I heard the the crowds but I kept my focus on Mary.

It’s during these times one must realize that when we see things in the spirit, it’s not always going to be pleasant. Remember, we were invited to step into the resurrection story by the worship leader. It’s simply a matter of asking God the right questions to understand the depth of an encounter. How did I engage? We "ascend" into the inner place of our being to our inner temple (the heart). From the heart position (in my temple holy of holies), it seemed I was translated to another dimension. It felt like I was actually there in person, with Mary. We were about to take communion as a group so the worship leader's "activation" preceded communion.

This encounter felt so real that I left the retreat ready to understand more. I believe the Lord was preparing me for something because it wasn't long before this retreat I'd heard a teaching by Dr. Adonija Ogbannaya on the 713 Hz and how it's the "resurrection code" that's based on prime numbers. Dr. O. called the frequency the "Lazarus effect" saying it brings resurrection power to us. Unfortunately, that teaching is no longer available. But, I took great notes and will include a declaration at the end of this article that I created based on Dr. O's teaching and my own revelation on the 713 Hz frequency.

I then began to engage more of this story. I couldn't get the image of Mary out of my mind so I knew there was more God wanted to show me. It started with the recording of “Deep Calls to Deep” where I created the first song on the album that's based on the 713 Hz frequency. Then, between June to November of 2017, I revisited the scene more, allowing myself to see and feel what Jesus did for me and HOW it can change me. Notice that I said “how it CAN change me.” Everything is a choice. Once we see and engage something, there are choices to make. Many times, that involves releasing old paradigms and belief systems. When scripture comes alive, that’s often what happens.

After reading the crucifixion story in Matthew 26 – 28, once again on a cold November evening in 2017, I engaged the entire scene yet again. This time, I was a general bystander where I could see from several angles. It was difficult to watch, especially knowing what was going to happen. And, the fact that Jesus went through such horrible pain, not saying a word, was even more staggering. Somehow, he was able to separate that extreme physical pain from understanding what must be done. What he went through would throw anyone into physical shock within the first few moments of the beatings. And, He allowed this to happen to Him for all humanity – past, present, and future. That’s love at work.

The evening was intense but without saying much more, I suggest that you, too, allow yourself to engage the crucifixion scene. This isn't a forced thing so it's a matter of intending that you "see to understand" the three parts of this scene. I'll walk you through an activation at the end.

For me, creativity is often spawned through music. So, my “seeing in the spirit” that night was done while sitting at my keyboard where I created three songs in the 713 Hz frequency, responding musically to what I was seeing in Matthew 26 – 28. The term they use for this in the classical music world is “program music.” In a nutshell, it’s instrumental music that tells a story. You can read about the three different songs under the album “In the Resurrection Code.” During the recording session, I began to understand at a deeper level why the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus is important for us eternally as well as physically, here on earth today.

The final recording was completed on May 18, 2018 – a year to the date that I’d recorded “Deep Calls to Deep.” The date wasn't lost on me either, even though it wasn't planned. Anyone who lived in the Northwest in 1980 will remember that Mount Saint Helen's blew her top on May 18, 1980. We all remember where we were when the mountain blew but... the date of May 18 didn't connect until after I recorded the two albums.

I included a description in the album notes for "In the Resurrection Code." That description was a summary of my prolonged experience while recording "Deep Calls to Deep" and "In the Resurrection Code." Here are those notes:

"The music for “In the Resurrection Code” flows gently from song to song with no breaks. As you listen, you can hear the sadness and emotions of Jesus in “Living Sacrifice.” During “Recalibration,” the music moves from major to minor in a steady triple meter rhythm. The constant change between major and minor reflects the process of the internal change in Jesus’ body while in the grave, in addition to His emotions leading up to his death. The human part of Jesus has to be in extreme pain because of the horrific beating he suffered. At the same time, the Divine part of Jesus knows His sacrifice will bring transformation that the human race can step into. That is evident in the free-flowing sounds of the song “Transformation.” Bells, a crystal bowl, and the “angel theme” from the song “Wings of  Spirit” is brought back as Jesus is seen ascending into heaven."

What can we learn from this?

My first comment here involves paying attention to those far out thoughts that seem like they come out of nowhere. I had no intentions on recording a new album with the 713 Hz. I was doing a personal song for someone. Having prayed into what frequency to use, I decided to record with the 713 Hz. It was after I finished the personal song when the thought to re-engage the resurrection scene and create a new album came passing through my thoughts. I could have chosen to ignore it thinking, “I’ll do it another time.” However, the urge to do it was right then.

There are times when thoughts flash through my brain that I write down to be remembered later. It’s a matter of learning what’s for now and what’s for later. It takes practice, just like everything else. If you want to be good at anything, you must practice. There is no getting around that. Consistency is the key.

If you are new to learning to see with your spiritual eyes, start practicing. Read other blog posts on this site. What do I mean by practicing? Simply put, pick some declarations and spiritual exercises and begin doing them daily. This may require giving up other things but… everything comes at a cost. What are we willing to pay? Unless we exercise our spiritual senses, we only rely on gifts. It’s when we develop those gifts that the true nature of what we have to offer is expressed. A gift is a gift. There’s nothing special about it because it comes natural to us and is freely given. It’s time to exercise our gifts so that Yahweh can take that gift to the next level of maturity.

Activation!

I heard a teaching of Ian Clayton back in 2014 where he talked about the importance of communion. Since then, I've taken communion nearly every day. I didn't understand his communion prayer at first so I wrote it down verbatim. Over the years, it's morphed as I gained understanding. I'm including my version intermixed with his for this activation. In addition, I created a declaration to speak over myself when I listened to either the "Deep Calls to Deep" album or "In the Resurrection Code" album about the resurrection power and stepping into the 713 Hz code. NOTE: Only the first song on "Deep Calls to Deep" was recorded in the 713 Hz.

Communion Declaration

Father, today by faith, I lay hold of the record and testimony I carry in my body. I receive into my body the DNA record of God. Thank you Jesus for carrying that record through suffering on the cross. I say that the DNA of God is infused into the marrow of my bones and my bones produce a record of God's DNA with my body. I engage that record, wrap my spirit around it, and pull it into my body in the name of Jesus. By faith, I receive provision of the law and testimony of Your Word that says I will live and not die, I walk in divine health, and I put on immortality. I engage the record of the transfiguration on the mountain that is in the bread I've eaten. I engage the kingdom that is in the record of the kingdom that is in Your body. It changes the reflection of the kingdom that I live in. I invite my body to hear the voice of God speak light into you and over you. Body... you are brought into the realm of creative light where you remember who you were in heaven before I existed on earth. I release these truths into my body and being from my position as a priest, king, and son.

713 Hz Resurrection Code Declaration

Jesus, by faith, I come into the sound of Your resurrection - the 713 Hz frequency where I celebrate and engage the resurrected Christ. In the 713 code, I say that my life is a divine life. The principle of sonship is now complete with the resurrection. I re-insert the 713 code back to the way Yahweh created me - in the restoration of the frequency of creation. I say that the 713 resurrection frequency tunes my body to receive health, power, and strength - spirit, soul, and body. I'm with Christ in the 713 code to be transmitted into a new being. I have access to signs, wonders, and miracles. My body is healed and sickness has no part of me when I participate in the 713 resurrection code. My body, my life, and my finances are changed by the sound of Your resurrection. I engage that sound inside me and draw it into the sound of my physical body out of what I have inside of me. Father, I draw on the record of the testimony of Your DNA and command it to go to the marrow of my bones so that my bones take on the image of Your presence and that my DNA would be changed to carry who You are as it is in heaven. I speak to my bones and command them to live - that the breath of God would breathe into them and that what's within me would come back to the truth of life I was given in the beginning. I release this to flow in and through me and out of me, to change me into your image. In the name of Yeshua HaMashia.

I recommend that you do the communion declaration daily after you take communion. As you gain further understanding, make adjustments as the Lord directs. For the 713 declaration, I do this when the album is playing. When I started the process, I did it daily for several months. Again, it's all about practice. The more you need change in your life, the more you should engage with both of these declarations.

May you take the gifts put within you and begin to develop them! May the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus come alive for you so that you’re infused with all that He has for you.

Be blessed!
