Kingdom Stewardship

Welcome to Kingdom Stewardship. You will be stepping into the Kingdom age where you are transformed in relationship with God and man, discover your true identity, explore the supernatural, and bring heaven to earth while learning about the natural and spiritual worlds. It is about being a SON to co-labor, rule, reign, co-create and beyond. It is about discovering the unseen realms and becoming one with God and creation. Once you enter this journey you will never be the same. Fasten your seat belts; there may be some turbulence and in that turbulence you’ll want more.

It all started with Matthew 6:33
“But first and most importantly seek (aim at, strive after) His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right—the attitude and character of God], and all these things will be given to you also.” Matthew 6:33 (Amplified Bible)In Matthew 6 Jesus teaches about giving and how to give, praying and how to pray (the Lord’s Prayer), and the value of forgiveness. He continues with fasting, the true treasure and wealth (mammon), and the cure for anxiety. He then adds a BUT. When you see a BUT it is important to pay attention. Behind the BUT is an instruction that every believer should follow. “BUT seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added to you.”
When I first came across this verse in Matthew I had tons of questions. Question 1) Seek, what does that mean and look like? I followed the instruction and searched it out and discovered John 1:1- 5 “In the beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself. 2 He was [continually existing] in the beginning [co-eternally] with God. 3 All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him not even one thing was made that has come into being. 4 In Him was life [and the power to bestow life], and the life was the Light of men. 5 The Light shines on in the darkness, and the darkness did not understand it or overpower it or appropriate it or absorb it [and is unreceptive to it.” (Amplified Bible)
As I set myself to know “all these things will be added to you"( the promises) HOW? by seeking the Kingdom first. I discovered 2 Corinthians 1:20, “For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us. 21 Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, 22 who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.” (NKJV)
Question #1
WHO is the Kingdom of God? WOW Discovery!!!!! The Kingdom is the Word and the Word is God and Christ. John 1:1 says, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.” (NKJV) This truth is an adventure in itself and I would highly recommend the benefits of seeking it out. (Note, I use the word Christ and not Jesus, why? Because Jesus is God-man in the flesh and Christ is Spirit.)
Question #2
If the Word is God/Christ and Christ is the Kingdom, where is the Kingdom? Luke 17:20 says “Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, ‘The kingdom of God does not come with observation; 21 nor will they say, “See here!” or “See there!” For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.” (NKJV) Okay everyone, brace yourself. The Pharisees were asking the same question we are asking and Jesus replied, the Kingdom of God is within you.
WHAT!! What does that mean? Jesus just stated He is the Kingdom which means He is from God, He is the Word and He is the Son of God meaning He is God in the flesh and when we believe, we too are part of the Godhead. John 14:19 says, “A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also. 20 At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you.” (NKJV) Yep! It blew their minds and mine as well. The word Oneness came alive in me.Question #3
If the Kingdom is in me then what are the things that are added to you? I found this promise to be easy and hard to understand. Yet this truth must be grabbed and activated. Giving, praying, forgiveness, fasting, what are true treasures, wealth, and living without anxiety come from the Kingdom or from being in Christ Jesus. SO, what is going to be added?
This is where exploration comes in. This is where one must step through the DOOR of Salvation, (John 10:9) “I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture.” (NKJV) Cross the threshold and enter the KINGDOM. This is where training and stewardship of the KINGDOM begins. In the process of this journey, we will discover our real identity as Sons of God.
